Healthy Ragi Paneer Cutlet / Finger Millet Cutlet
Ragi / Finger Millet along with paneer is a healthy combination that can be served as a snack. Mixed with vegetables,it's healthy as well as delicious which can be loved by people of all age group.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:-
Ragi Flour- 2 cup
Besan- ½ cup
Paneer- 1 cup
Water- ½ cup
Garlic- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Ginger- 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Onions- 2 small size (chopped)
Capsicum- 1 small size (chopped)
Green Chillies- 4 to 5 (chopped)
Coriander Leaves- ½ cup (finely chopped)
Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Refined Oil- 2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Whole Jeera- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala- 2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp
Method:-
1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.
2. Mix them all to form a dough.
3. Now make small cutlets out of it.
4. Keep the cutlets in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes take them out.
6. Now take a frying pan, heat it.
7. Place the cutlets and shallow fry then from both sides.
8. Serve it hot, with tomato Sauce.
